We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Since items are made-to-order, production begins shortly after purchase. Contact us immediately at connect@cartello-commerce.com if you need to make changes. After the 2-hour window, cancellation may not be possible if production has started.
